Rhino Property Management offers three property management packages, so you only pay for the level of service you need. Silver is a flat $99/month, built for hands-on owners who want to keep some responsibilities themselves. Gold — our most popular tier — runs 8.5% of rent collected and is built for most owners who want a fuller hands-off experience. Platinum, at 10.5% of rent collected, is our fully hands-off tier, bundling in pet protection, eviction protection, and free lease placement and renewals. As property owners ourselves, we built every tier around the way we’d want our own rentals managed — transparent pricing, no surprise calls, no guessing what you’ll be charged next.

Eviction Protection
- The first 14 days after a move-out don’t count toward the 30 days (this gives us time to turn the property, and Rhino must do the turn work)
- The tenant must have paid at least two months’ rent in full before the guarantee applies
- Rhino has the final say on the advertised rent amount
TransUnion SmartMove estimates that a typical eviction costs landlords roughly $2,540 in lost rent alone, before legal fees or turnover costs. Our screening process is rigorous, which is why evictions don’t happen often at Rhino Property Management. But if we must evict a tenant we placed in your property, we guarantee you won’t pay any attorney or court fees. (Included with the Platinum package.)
Pet Protection
According to the National Housing survey data, 37% of renters have pets– Don’t turn away more than a third of your prospective tenant pool. With our Pet Protection Guarantee, we will pay for any pet damages up to $1,500 exceeding the security deposit caused by a pet that Rhino Property Management vetted and approved. Make sure you don’t miss out on the renters who are willing to pay more to live with their pets! (Included with the Platinum package.)

How much does Rhino Property Management charge?
Rhino offers three pricing structures: Silver is a flat $99 per month, Gold is 9.5% of rent collected, and Platinum is 11.5% of rent collected. Each tier also carries a one-time start-up charge: $400 for Silver, $300 for Gold, and $250 for Platinum.
What's the difference between the Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages?
All three tiers include lease creation, showing the property, tenant screening, rent collection, furnace filter service, an online owner portal, direct deposit, move-in/move-out evaluations, and monthly and year-end statements. The difference is in what’s billed separately versus bundled in. Silver charges per-occurrence fees for things like maintenance coordination ($20), court attendance ($100), listing photos and marketing video ($100), tax documents ($100), and drive-by evaluations ($65). Gold and Platinum roll most of those into the package price. Gold and Platinum also add utility management at $6.50 per bill per month.
Do all packages include pet protection and eviction protection?
No. Pet protection and eviction protection are exclusive to the Platinum package. They are marked not available on both Silver and Gold.
What is the Owner Benefit Package?
It’s an add-on fee listed for Gold ($75/month) and Platinum ($50/month); it is not available on Silver.
How much does it cost to place or renew a lease?
On Silver, lease placement is $450 and lease renewal is $225. On Gold, those drop to $250 and $125. Platinum includes lease placement and renewal in the package price.
What happens if my tenant stops paying rent?
Under Rhino’s Rent Loss Protection guarantee, if a tenant misses rent for any reason, Rhino covers up to 30 days of rent. This applies as long as the tenant has paid at least two full months of rent previously; the first 14 days after a move-out don’t count toward the 30 days (to allow Rhino to complete the turn), and Rhino has final say on the advertised rent amount.
Is there a fee if Rhino has to evict a tenant it placed?
No attorney or court fees — Rhino’s Eviction Protection guarantee covers those costs if a tenant Rhino placed in your property has to be evicted. This guarantee is included on the Platinum package.
