Rhino Property Management SMS Consent

Property owners may opt in to receive SMS messages during the onboarding process when signing their property management agreement in the secure owner portal.

During onboarding, users enter their mobile phone number and must check an unchecked checkbox to consent to receive SMS messages.

The checkbox includes the following disclosure:
“By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Rhino Property Management related to property management services including account notifications, maintenance updates, appointment coordination, and one-time passcodes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

The checkbox is not pre-checked and users must manually opt in.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
