Our Guarantees

Rent Loss Protection

Vacancy is expensive.  Rhino Property Management is so confident that we can and have placed the best tenants possible so we guarantee to collect rent. If you tenant misses rent for any reason Rhino will cover up to 30 days of rent.  The only rules are that the first 14 days after a move out don’t count so we can turn the property (Rhino must do the turn work), the tenant must have paid at least 2 months’ rent in full, and Rhino has the final say on advertised rent amount.

Eviction Protection

Our screening process is rigorous. So much so that evictions don’t happen all that often at Rhino Property Management. We guarantee that you will not have to pay any attorney or court fees if we have to evict a tenant that we put into your rental property.

Pet Protection

Roughly 60% of renters own pets. Don’t turn them away! With our Pet Protection Guarantee, we will pay for any pet damages up to $1,500 exceeding the security deposit caused by a pet that Rhino Property Management vetted and approved.
